职位描述

• Have a positive working attitude, perform one's duties well, and proactively solve problems. Be able to communicate clearly with guests or colleagues at all times. 持积极的工作态度,做好本职工作,并且主动解决问题,能够始终清晰的与客人或同事进行交流。 • Be able to actively recommend the hotel's services and facilities to guests. 能够积极的向客人推荐酒店的服务及设施。 • Be familiar with the contents of the menu and beverage list, and be able to give detailed explanations to guests.熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以详细的给客人做出解释。 • Remember the menu and beverage knowledge, and be able to recommend the food on the menu according to the different needs of guests. 熟记菜单及酒水知识,可以根据客人不同的需求推荐菜单上的食品。 • Be familiar with the operating hours of all restaurants and hotel locations. 熟悉所有餐厅及酒店各营业点的营业时间。 • Strictly follow the service standards during meal preparation and assist in providing services. 在餐厅备餐的过程中严格遵守服务标准,协助准备服务。 • Offer a smile service, assist guests in seating, hanging coats and backpacks, etc., and ensure that all guests are guided to their seats. 微笑服务,协助顾客就座、挂外套及背包等,保证客人都被引领入座。 • Met the guests' various requirements.
