• Be familiar with the contents of the menu and beverage list, and be able to give detailed explanations to guests.熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以详细的给客人做出解释。
• Remember the menu and beverage knowledge, and be able to recommend the food on the menu according to the different needs of guests.
熟记菜单及酒水知识,可以根据客人不同的需求推荐菜单上的食品。
• Be familiar with the operating hours of all restaurants and hotel locations.
熟悉所有餐厅及酒店各营业点的营业时间。
• Strictly follow the service standards during meal preparation and assist in providing services.
