（海外）储能项目经理 Energy Storage Station - International Project Manager

1、组织和管理项目任务的实施，对项目范围、质量、进度和预算指标进行控制，确保项目技术和财务目标的实现。 2、项目经理作为项目的代表，负责项目的对外和对内接口。 3、项目经理有项目升级及变更决策权（在一定授权范围内）； 4、负责项目过程资产的管理； 5、项目的供应商绩效考核参与评价； 6、项目经理负责组建及管理项目团队，对项目执行期间的项目团队成员的绩效考核； 1. Organize and oversee the execution of project tasks, control project scope, quality, schedule and budget metrics, and ensure the delivery of the project’s technical and financial objectives. 2. Serving as the authorized representative of the project, the Project Manager acts as the internal and external liaison point for all project-related matters. 3. Within the scope of delegated authority, the Project Manager holds decision-making power over project escalation requests and change control. 4. Manage all process assets generated throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Participate in the performance appraisal and evaluation of project suppliers. 6. Recruit, form and manage the project team, and conduct performance assessments for team members during project implementation.

1、学历：教育背景：电气控制及机电相关专业本科及以上学历，能力与经验特别强者学历可适当放宽； 2、工作经验及成果：5年以上国际性大公司的工程项目管理工作经验，有工控行业、储能行业经验，并有项目成功案例优先考虑。 3，必备知识：熟悉工程项目管理及储能行业相关经验，有较强的商务谈判能力，具备储能或自动化行业技术应用背景、行业发展知识、项目管理专业知识； 4，技能标准：熟练运用word、excel和PowerPoint等办公软件，较强的数据处理及分析能力； 5，行业标准：熟悉工程业务流程，具备问题分析和决策能力；具备丰富的谈判经验和谈判技巧； 6，素质标准：有效沟通和平台资源整合能力，思维能力，逻辑性，执行力，辅导力。 7、具备PMP或同等证书 8、英语精通，可用口语办公 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Control, Mechatronics or related disciplines. Exceptional candidates with outstanding competence and professional experience may be granted flexible academic requirements. 2. Work Experience & Track Record: Minimum 5 years of engineering project management experience at large multinational corporations. Candidates with experience in industrial control and energy storage sectors, alongside proven successful project cases, will be given priority. 3. Mandatory Professional Knowledge: Sound knowledge of engineering project management and the energy storage industry; strong commercial negotiation capabilities; solid technical application background in energy storage or automation industries, in-depth understanding of industry trends and professional project management expertise. 4. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with robust data processing and analytical capabilities. 5. Industry & Professional Competencies: Familiar with end-to-end engineering business workflows; capable of problem analysis and independent decision-making; extensive experience and sophisticated skills in commercial negotiations. 6. Personal Competencies: Excellent communication skills, capability to integrate cross-platform resources, critical thinking, logical reasoning, execution ability and team coaching skills. 7. Certifications: Hold a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential. 8. Language Proficiency: Fully proficient in English, able to conduct daily business communications orally.
