1、负责人员的招聘工作;
2、负责员工的考勤管理、入转调离等工作;
3、负责员工的入职、离职手续办理和员工档案等资料的接收、整理、归档;
4、负责对人事数据进行分析,完成各类人力资源报表;
5、负责员工绩效考核等工作,负责建立企业人事管理制度;
6、负责公司员工的假期管理、社保、培训等;
1. Responsible for the recruitment;
2. Responsible for employees' attendance management, induction, turning into permanent job, transfer, dimission and other work;
3. Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee files' acceptance, organization and filing;
4. Analyze the personnel data and complete all kinds of human resources reports;
5. Responsible for employee performance appraisal and other work, responsible for the establishment of company personnel management system;
6. Responsible for the company's employees' vacation management, social security, training, etc.;
