1.Master Degree or outstanding Bachelor graduate:Microelectronics, material, physical, or related majors 2.Advanced understanding of Litho processes. 3.Must possess strong engineering knowledge of Photo equipment, including: Scanner/Track and materials. 4.Proficient in statistics, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE). Understanding of optics including the principles and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination. 5.Strong aptitude for research and development and ability to create production-worthy technologies."
