1、工业设计、交通工具设计等相关专业，本科以上学历； 2、5-8年及以上整车厂或设计公司工作经验、有量产经验 3、优秀的设计创新能力，出色的草图、效果图表现能力 4、优秀的模型把控能力，能熟练指导模型（数字模型和油泥、硬质模型）制作与把控； 5、具有丰富的工程实现知识，有效解决造型实现过程中的工程、工艺问题，并保证造型效果； 6、良好的沟通协调能力 1, industrial design, transportation design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above; 2, 5-8 years and above working experience in vehicle factory or design company, with mass production experience 3, excellent design innovation ability, excellent sketch, effect drawing performance ability 4, excellent model control ability, can skillfully guide the model (digital model and mud, hard model) production and control; 5, have a wealth of engineering realization knowledge, effectively solve the modeling process of engineering and process problems, and ensure the modeling effect; 6.
