Education & Work Experience Bachelor, Master or PH.D., Degree in Engineering or Science >8 years of Product, Design or Fab related experience. Familiar with process, device, design, product, testing and FA Professional Competence 1. Good knowledge for product architecture and be good at device work theory. 2. Good knowledge for design rules and design to production process. 3. Good knowledge for semiconductor physics and manufacturing. 4. Good knowledge for physical failure mode and statistical skill. 5. Good knowledge for product characterization and correlation. 6. Familiar with design, WAT, failure mode, testing, reliability and yield analysis. General Skills 1. Good leadership and management skill. 2. Good personality with alert, agile and aggressive working attitude. 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 4. Production oriented with practical and affirmative mindset.
