1. Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.

2. Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system for the division.

3. Ensure that all incoming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and properly put on trace or file.

4. Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by Sales & Marketing team members or other departments with relations to Sales.
