职位描述

1. Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests. 按时完成希尔顿大学相关课程学习,并确保通过测试。 2. Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system for the division. 确保部门文件的跟进和系统 一致。 3. Ensure that all incoming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and properly put on trace or file. 保证所有发出的合同在24小时内回复,并且适当地放在文件夹里。 4. Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by Sales & Marketing team members or other departments with relations to Sales. 处理协调销售部员工的活动及其他部门和销售部的关系。 5. Prepare and send out quotations or contracts to travel agents and tour operators or related personnel. 为销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给旅行社或客户。 6. Update and maintain an update mailing list, handling and directing mail activities. 更新和维持邮寄名单,处理直接收到的实物邮件。 7. Administer and coordinate any sales activities. 协调管理部门内所有其他活动。

任职要求

1. University graduate. 大学专科。 2. Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese. 良好的中英文读写能力。 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 具有良好的沟通和人际关系处理能力。 4. Good team player. 拥有较强团队合作精神。 5. Have hotel working experience. 有相关的酒店工作经验。 6. Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. 能在强压下胜任工作。 7. Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
