1、任务成功与交付：您需对卫星的飞行准备状态负责。您的首要任务是确保硬件能够按时满足所有任务要求。 2、技术验证与数字线程：将数字孪生和数字线程作为工具用于验证，检查数字模型是否能够准确反映物理硬件的性能。您将利用这些数字3、跨部门协作：与AIT经理、软件负责人、AI开发团队以及项目经理保持密切的日常沟通与协作，确保技术上的协调性并解决可能出现的问题。 4、合作伙伴协调：负责管理与国内外合作伙伴之间的技术接口。您需要确保他们的数据传输格式与CATCH总线兼容，并维护所有参与项目方的技术一致性。 5、技术保障机制：充当技术决策的最终“把关者”，确保各项技术决策的合理性。您将优先考虑可靠性和实用性，从而为未来的卫星系列奠定坚实的基础。 Mission Success & Delivery: Take responsibility for the satellite's flight readiness. Your prime focus is ensuring the hardware meets all mission requirements on time. Technical Verification & Digital Thread: Apply the Digital Twin and Digital Thread as tools for verification, checking whether digital models accurately reflect the physical hardware's performance. You will use these digital tools to validate system readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close daily coordination with the AIT Manager, Software Lead, AI Development Team, and the Project Manager to ensure technical alignment and solve interface conflicts. Partner Synchronization: Manage the technical interfaces for national and international partners. You will ensure their payloads are compatible with the CATCH bus and maintain technical coherence across all mission participants. Technical Guardrail: Act as the final "sanity check" for technical decisions. You will prioritize reliability and pragmatism to ensure a robust baseline for the future satellite series.

Team Synergy: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed team of specialists (AI, SW, AIT).
