We are seeking an experienced Plasma Control Specialist to engage deeply in the full lifecycle research and development of the Plasma Control System (PCS) for large-scale fusion devices. This role covers all stages from requirements analysis, algorithm development, and software implementation to on-site commissioning, whose core objective is to optimize plasma performance and significantly enhance the flexibility and reliability of experimental device operation. What you'll do: ● Guide control and operational tasks related to discharge campaigns. ● Participate in the design and optimization of the plasma discharge management system. ● Develop and optimize plasma control algorithms, including but not limited to MHD equilibrium control, instability suppression, and discharge waveform optimization. ● Conduct multiphysics modeling and simulation to support control strategy design and validation. ● Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (physics, engineering, software, operations) to resolve key technical challenges. ● Analyze and resolve issues during plasma discharge processes, and optimize discharge schemes to improve experimental efficiency.

任职要求

Who we’re looking for: ● Education & Background ○ PhD or Master’s degree in Plasma Physics, Nuclear Engineering, Control Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computational Physics, or related fields. ○ Experience with plasma control in fusion devices (e.g., tokamaks, stellarators) is highly preferred. ● Technical Skills ○ Strong knowledge of plasma control theory, including MHD equilibrium, stability analysis, and feedback control. ○ Experience in multiphysics modeling and simulation; familiarity with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, EFIT, ASTRA, TRANSP, etc.
