任职要求

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring for assigned positions. 2. Strong resilience under pressure; capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment and adjusting priorities flexibly as business needs evolve. 3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp business requirements and drive recruitment progress effectively. 4. Proficiency in English as a working language. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
