Job Summary The Brand Strategy & Research Intern will support the Brand Research Manager and Brand Marketing Director in developing and executing brand strategies. This role involves conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing data, and assisting in strategic planning to ensure the brand remains innovative and aligned with market trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for branding. Key Responsibilities Brand Research Support Assist in brand strategy development by conducting market research and competitive analysis Support daily coordination and full-process management of brand strategy & research projects, including drafting research proposals, vendor coordination, user recruitment, survey execution, data processing and analysis, report delivery, and internal workshops Support qualitative and quantitative research phases, including drafting interview outlines, organizing interview transcripts, designing questionnaires, and conducting big data analysis Prepare presentations and reports on research findings for internal stakeholders Data Collection & Analysis Regularly aggregate multi-source commercial data from internal systems and external channels Collaborate with the Brand Research Manager to analyze data and identify key trends, and regularly update analytical reports Internal & External Communication & Support Facilitate cross-departmental meetings internally Coordinate with third-party vendors externally to advance research execution processes Contribute to brainstorming sessions for brand positioning and storytelling efforts

任职要求

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business analytics, marketing, economics or related fields, and possessing foundational knowledge of camera equipment At least one internship experience in the strategic or brand department of a client-side organization (preferably consumer electronics or internet companies), or at a consulting/market research agency Minimum of one project experience in industry research, consumer insights, competitive analysis, marketing research, or related fields Demonstrated experience in questionnaire design, user interviews, and data analysis, with proficiency in mainstream survey platforms such as Wenjuanxing, Jingdongcha, and SurveyMonkey Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SPSS or other statistical analysis tools and draw meaningful conclusions Structured thinking ability and capacity to effectively present insights in reports Excellent English communication and writing skills, with English as the primary working language Ensure availability to work onsite at least 4 days per week, a minimum commitment of three consecutive months Key Remarks Must be highly detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
