Fund of Funds Analyst - Operations & Research(J19421)

1. Fund Operations & Transaction Processing • Handle the full lifecycle of FOF transactions, including subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Strictly adhere to internal policies and procedures as well as the firm’s investment mandates. • Collect, verify, and input NAV reports from underlying funds into the internal monitoring system. • Maintain and reconcile the internal system to ensure records match custodian statements and fund administrator notes. 2. Portfolio Support & Reconciliation • Perform daily / monthly reconciliation of cash and positions between internal books and third-party administrators. • Assist in the preparation of portfolio statements for external investors. 3. Investment Research & Administration • Assist in the ongoing monitoring of existing fund investments, tracking performance against benchmarks. • Conduct preliminary screening of potential new funds and maintain the manager database. • Prepare routine market intelligence updates and assist in drafting due diligence memos. • Maintain and update the firm’s proprietary custom hedge fund indices by uploading underlying manager data and ensuring database integrity. 1. 基金运营与交易处理 • 负责母基金交易全流程处理，包括申购与赎回，确保准确性与及时性。 • 严格遵守内部政策、流程及公司投资指引。 • 收集、核对底层基金净值报告，并录入内部监控系统。 • 维护并核对内部系统，确保记录与托管行对账单及基金行政管理人记录一致。 2. 投资组合支持与对账 • 执行每日/每月内部账簿与第三方管理人之间的现金及持仓对账。 • 协助编制面向外部投资者的投资组合报告。 3. 投资研究与行政支持 • 协助持续监控现有基金投资，跟踪其相对基准的表现。 • 对潜在新基金进行初步筛选，维护管理人数据库。 • 撰写定期市场动态报告，协助起草尽职调查备忘录。 • 通过上传底层管理人数据、确保数据库完整性，维护并更新公司专有定制对冲基金指数。

• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. • 1-3 years working experience with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates possessing basic VBA and Python coding skills to automate reporting and data reconciliation tasks. • Must have a high level of attention to details and a strong sense of responsibility when handling information and numerical data. • Basic understanding of financial instruments and alternative investment structures (Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Manager of Managers and etc.). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese. • 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。 • 1-3年相关工作经验，拥有金融、会计、经济或相关量化领域的本科学历。 • 精通Excel，能够运用基本的VBA及Python编程进行自动化报告及数据对账者优先。 • 处理信息与数字数据时需高度注重细节，具备强烈责任感。 • 对金融工具及另类投资结构（对冲基金、母基金、管理人管理等）有基本了解。 • 具备较强的沟通能力，能在压力下按时完成工作。 • 优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。
